Career Counselling AND Mentorship Programme
9 out of 10 students make incorrect career choices due to lack of guidance and support in selecting the right course. This is where Career Counselling plays a vital role to help the youth make correct choices after understanding self-potential.

Independent Career Counselling
It is open for students expressing interest in getting guided in their career from age twelve to twenty.
Salient features:
- Established self-assessment tools used
- Awareness created on strengths, areas of improvement, passion
- Introduction to different career options
Career Planning and Goal Setting
It is done in association with schools. Targeting students from Eighth Grade.

- Includes everything from Independent Career Counselling
- Goal setting

- Career counselling
Intensive Mentorship Programme
It is an intensive programme to handhold students who have expressed interest in getting acquainted and develop themselves for a specific career option chosen for their future, after experiencing the Career Planning & Goal Setting Programme.
Salient features:
- Periodic sessions with an expert from that field
- Follow-up sessions with the counsellor
- Assisting in preparing for entrance exams
- Holistic counselling, includes helping students cope with ongoing personal and other challenges
Employment Counselling & Support
Anyone between the age of Seventeen to Twenty-Five can register with us for career guidance under this programme. Professional Counsellors will assess them using a few instruments. In addition, they will conduct a Career Dialogue to help students acquaint themselves with their talent and passion for drawing goals.
We provide further support through the below-given ways:
Skill Development
We train participants to develop skills aligning to a specific job or role based on their interest.
Interview Preparation
We prepare students for interviews through mock interviews and brushing their interpersonal and communication skills. We also coach them on designing their curriculum vitae.
Internships
We map the internship opportunities with the interest and competencies of the students. While interning, they get to concretise their learning to understand their career choices better.
Placement
We provide the youth associated with us with placement opportunities.
Information & Support Centre on Government Benefits
We create awareness amongst the students about various government scholarships & certifications for different courses and Civil Services Examinations at the state and centre level. We support them in the documentation and application process for any of these.
Entrepreneurship Development & Support
India’s start-up economy is witnessing a never-seen-before boom. With the availability of local and foreign investment, favorable infrastructure and regulations, distinct focus on information and technology, it is the right ecosystem to leverage the opportunity by cultivating and developing entrepreneurs.
We provide further support through the below-given ways:
Entrepreneurial Skill Development
We develop the required entrepreneurial skills in youth through structured workshops. Every interaction between the student and the Counsellor is an opportunity to develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
Internship
Students get internship opportunities in a start-up. They experience different roles to gain comprehensive knowledge of the functioning of the organisation.
Investment Opportunities
We encourage our participants to run a pilot project with an idea. While the students take charge, a Mentor guides them through the journey. On successful completion, they get to meet and present their concept to prospective investors.
Information & Support Centre
We have a dedicated helpdesk to inform the youth about various government schemes and subsidised loans to run small businesses. We support them to apply for these schemes and benefits.
Alternate Income Generation
We want the youngsters to break away from the mindset of one income rule. In today's digital world, where communication, connectedness and content set the rules, there are ample opportunities to generate income apart from the traditional jobs and businesses. We create awareness of these methods and encourage them to pursue to make a better living.
